Leigh Place Residential Aged Care Facility

Leigh Place Retirement Village required an Aged Care Facility with low care and high care accommodation, and a secure dementia floor with a secure garden, on a restricted site between a public park and an existing industrial development. The site had been previously used for staff parking and part of the brief required this to be maintained and expanded. The development also included additional back-of-house and administrative offices for the entire village. Development consent was obtained in December 2017.
