Jubilee

The Jubilee project is a new Generation Boarding House. It was designed to fit on a site of only 212 square metres in the City of Parramatta. Due to site and access constraints, the design utilises precast concrete panels for wall and floor structure to enable the building to be erected quickly, with minimum disruption to the laneway on which it is located.
