King Street, Rockdale

The Client required redesign of a mixed-use scheme of 18 apartments plus commercial for a prominent corner site in the Rockdale Town Centre. The subsequently approved scheme was one of the first projects to test the new urban design framework for the Town Centre, and is considered a benchmark project by the Council and a suitable model to demonstrate an optimum outcome from the design controls.
The design also generated major construction savings and added end value for the Client through well-integrated structure and efficient planning.
