The proposal demonstrates the development potential of small sites, achieving nine (9) 1-Bedroom and 2-Bedroom north-facing units above Ground Floor Retail and generous lobby with corresponding parking on a restricted 306.5m² site. A colonnade and retail configuration with extensive articulation of residential balconies and windows was considered appropriate for the prominent location of the site. The open lobbies and terraced roof top take advantage of the northern orientation and provides excellent amenity for residents.
