Objective
The client required a landmark building that maximised the development potential of the site with respect to the residential and commercial mix and provided two purpose designed penthouse apartments for the use of the client’s family.
Outcome
- Nine-storey structure comprising 25 residential units over 260m2 ground level commercial space
- 90% of apartments have northern orientation and ample sunlight
- All apartments have flow-through natural ventilation
- individual lap pools and generous terraces for each of the penthouses
- Striking landmark design with maximum height possible under flight surfaces envelope
