The visual image of this apartment scheme was inspired by the client’s love of the Lamborghini design aesthetic. It uses a sculptural cladding system over a conventional concrete framed building. Because of site configuration and orientation, detailed analysis of the 3D envelope was required to shape the facades for compliance with sun penetration standards in the living rooms. The parking is provided with an automated system because of the limited width of the site.
