Ramsgate Road Apartments

This small apartment building was designed for a highly restricted site that required a substantial front setback to accommodate a future road widening. The setback is likely to remain permanently as landscaped space, due to an indefinite delay in the actual implementation of the changes to the road alignment. JSA designed a simple envelope in off-form concrete with adjustable timber louvre panels for solar control.
