The Arc at Eastwood

The Arc is a New Generation Boarding House of originally 26 rooms at Eastwood which, due to its proximity to Macquarie University, is likely to function as student accommodation. The final design was subject to changes negotiated during the Section 34 phase of a deemed refusal appeal that reduced the size of the project to 23 rooms.
