Veriu Broadway Hotel

The Veriu Broadway project in Ultimo started as a design for studio apartments in an existing former warehouse building that had previously been converted to a private college. The design was subsequently modified to meet the hotel brief. Existing timber floor framing has been retained and a lightweight extension of upper floors has been added under a sculptural zinc-clad roof.
